01 / The challenge
Organizing information for the people who publish it and those who search for it.
The Institute already had a website. This project addressed the need to store, classify and publish institutional documents through dedicated administration and search tools. The challenge was to bring publication rules, categories and document ordering for different departments into one system.
- The need
- Organize document publication and search
- The solution
- Repository with administration and viewers
The objective
Give the Institute tools to manage its collection and the public a clear way to find information.
02 / The solution
Three tools connected to the institutional website.
Deskrive developed the repository’s public interface, content administration tools and viewers. We worked with the Institute’s teams to refine categories, document ordering and usage counters, and delivered the source code for the systems we built.
- 01
Public repository
Document search by objective, category, classification and keywords.
- 02
Administration
Internal tools to upload and keep the document collection organized.
- 03
Content viewers
Presentation of documents and transparency obligations within the institutional website.
03 / The document ecosystem
From internal management to public access.
The project connects content administration with publication and search. The repository and viewers integrate with IEEG’s web ecosystem to present information organized by section.
IEEG document ecosystem
Manage, organize and search.
- 01
Manage
Institute teams upload and maintain documents through the administration interface.
- 02
Organize
Categories and ordering rules structure the information in each section.
- 03
Search
The public finds documents through the search interface and public viewers.
The system also includes document view and download counters to provide visibility into usage.
04 / Public search
Finding documents with context.
Search filters help narrow queries and explore institutional documents. This public view shows a search for General Council agreements.

05 / The outcome
A manageable collection, open to public search.
The Institute has a live repository to publish and organize documents, supported by internal administration tools and public viewers. The solution connects content management with public access to information.
Organized search
An access point for searching and consulting institutional documents.
Content management
An administration interface to maintain the collection and its categories.
Usage visibility
View and download counters as part of the document search experience.
Scope: development of the repository, administration interface and viewers integrated into IEEG’s institutional website.
